[Resolved] Vodafone — BLOCKING OF SIM CARD | |||
I have purchased sim card no [protected] of Vodafone company. I had submitted all the required documents of KYC i.e. ID proof, Adress proof. Now my sim card is blocked without any reason, and no incoming or outgoing call is possible. On contacting the SIM card seller I am repetedly being told that your SIM will be unblocked tomorrow, but that tomorrow has not come so far. I am at a very important post in my organisation, and have to repetedly interact with very senior functionaries. I have already lost a lot of my position with is unacceptable act of VODAFONE.
