[Resolved] Vodafone — Huge bill. | |||
SIR, myself SUHANA DATTA, took one sim in february this year from vodafone post paid. Till 24 th april my bill was Rs.-241.But in the 24 th may my bill became Rs 1600/-, stating that , I have used internet. Though in reality i have never done so. Therefore I want immediate disconnection of my sim no- [protected]. I have written to vodafonecare, corporatecare and wecare regarding this. And i want my bill clarification regarding such huge bill, so that i can understand this bill. GPRS browsing and downloading any application is only possible when handset software configuration, GPRS connectivity & respective applications are all in line. Only on successful data transfer and download you with get billed. In the absence of data pack you are billed as per 2G pay rates of 10ps/10kb. From the itemized portion it is evident that you are having active and passive usage. We found no error in billing. We are arranging to send the Itemised Bill for May 6, 2013, free of charges to your registered billing address by July 5, 2013, for further clarification. but the fact is i have received a bill again on 12 th september for the month of august to september.
i requested you to disconnect my no in e mail on 25 th may and on 24 th june . I paid all my due on 29 th june. After 2 months again you are sending me the bill???? what is this? Is this a joke?
you cancel the bill immediately..and send me apology. I have been harassed enough.
