[Resolved] Vodafone — illegal balance deduction | |||
hi, I am mahendra nakhate i was purchase the vodaphone sim just two days ago from hinganghat the sim seller told me 1000 SMS free from this sm card , but when i am using this sim , the sms balance is deducted from my main balance so i want this balance refund from this provider. as soon. 1st January again I call to the customer care number and they transfer my call to their supervisor and he told me that Rs 4=40mb is no longer valid. Now the pack is Rs 4=10mb from 23rd december. But the reply message still shows Rs 4=40mb and they don't told about the change(Rs 4=10mb) to any customer. For that the deduction(Rs 63.00) is still illegal.
So sir please tell me what should I do. Should I go to the consumer court ?
