[Resolved]  Vodafone — illegal balance deduction

hi,
I am mahendra nakhate i was purchase the vodaphone sim just two days ago from hinganghat the sim seller told me 1000 SMS free from this sm card , but when i am using this sim , the sms balance is deducted from my main balance so i want this balance refund from this provider. as soon.
So this one type of cheating and all people are very unhappy from such type of harassment so please refund the money other wise i will stuck up the door of consumer court.

after getting sms I CALLED 111 THEY SAID YOU DOWNLOADED JAVA GAME THEN I SAID I DID NOT CONNECT TO GPRS THEN HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD GAME. AFTER THAT THEY CUT THE CALL.


I WANT TO ASK VODAFONE AFTER NEW RECHARGE WHY THE DEDUCT ILLIGALY MONEY. I WANT ASK VODAFONE IF I DOWNLOADED GAME ON 13TH OCTOBER 2011 THEN HOW MUCH GPRS DATA I HAVE USED ON 13TH OCTOBER. ITS SHOWS VODAFONE IS CHEATER COMPANY.
Dear Sir,
1st January again I call to the customer care number and they transfer my call to their supervisor and he told me that Rs 4=40mb is no longer valid. Now the pack is Rs 4=10mb from 23rd december. But the reply message still shows Rs 4=40mb and they don't told about the change(Rs 4=10mb) to any customer. For that the deduction(Rs 63.00) is still illegal.
So sir please tell me what should I do. Should I go to the consumer court ?
I have received a SMS on 09.11.2012 at 8.45.pm from my Mob. No. [protected] regarding subscription of game and Rs.50.00 hade been deducted from my account
This is for your kind information that I have not subscribe this type of game. Please refund my amount and STOP this type of SMS
