[Resolved] Vodafone In Pune — Name Change Request Pending since 2 months | |
I had requested for name change on my Vodafone number at the Baner road center in Pune 2 months ago.. and it has still not been done. I had submitted all documents, visited the store at least 20 times... called up helpline 'n' number of times, called up the executive in-charge at the store only to hear that it will be done tomorrow which never came... They generated 2 or 3 request numbers till now... generate new ones every 4 days.... The executive at a Baner Store was Kunal Patil, who is absolutely useless, dont know what he does at work. He took many weeks to generate the first request number which he should have done when i asked for the name change. They give us some crap reason.. of some document missing or signature missing etc... which he could have easily got when we visited the store for status updates..... customer care is worse .. when we ask them for an update they keep us on hold and vanish..... we spoke to his supervisor and feedback executives through toll free but pathetic answers with no outputs. The Supervisor at the Store is another trashhead giving another set of lame excuses.... with no results... I never expected Vodafone to give such a patehtic service. Being a loyal customer for the last five years in different cities, never expected Vodafone to have such a DISGUSTING SERVICE in Pune. VODAFONE SERVICE SUCKS IN PUNE .....
