[Resolved]  Vodafone — Incoming barred with No reason

Address:East Delhi, Delhi

Complain against Vodafone for the action they committed with no accountability and answer, they have barred the incoming call to my number with no reason and no accountability. After a lot of discussion they were having sorry for their customer. When I asked why did it happen, they are mute. Customer has suffered a lot in this episode created by Vodafone.

Customer: why did it happen
Vodafone: NO answer, sorry
Customer: My bro tried to call me, he lives abroad, my parents wants to talk
Vodafone: we are sorry for this
Customer: Immediately plz unbar the incoming
Vodafone: It will be done on Monday, we are sorry for this

Plz suggest me what action shall I take against Vodafone.

i have already registered a complaint for balance deduction to which no answer was given.
