[Resolved] Vodafone — Incoming & outgoing calls are barred without intimation | |||
From 24/08/12 10.30 am incoming & outgoing calls are stopped from my postpaid no-[protected]. I've raised complaint to customer care with complaint no-[protected] on 24/08/13 and discussion with supervisor with reference no[protected] on 26/08/13. I was assured that problem will be resolved by 6.00Pm of 26/08/13, but till now issue is not addressed. when I call customer care executive says to wait for 2 hours.
