[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect bill plan | |||
I have Vodafone post paid corporate connection for last 3 years. Last year when I was leaving NCR for one year I asked Vodafone to disconnect the connection. Instead they asked me to pay around Rs 500 for some advanced rental plan. So a year later I can use the same connection. They promised after one year I can use my connection as I was using. Last month after 1 year and 1 month when I received the bill they have changed my billing plan to some high costly billing plan and they have charged 5 times for each call than I used to normally pay. When I called them first they told me that they will readjust my bill accordingly. I waited for few days as there was no response I called back they told me that they may adjust amount in next billing cycle. After inquiring again they informed me they are not going to adjust my bill. Also, I had auto-debit activated on my credit card. I was told by the Vodafone representative that my account will not be debited till the issue is settled but they have debited the amount from my credit card this is equivalent to forcibly extorting money.
