[Resolved] Vodafone India Data Card — not getting money receipt | |
I purchased Data Card (No. [protected]) from Vodafone through Mr. Mohit Dhawan (Dhawan's Mobile No.:[protected]) of Vodafone Ahmedabad in November 2008. Inspite of repeated request he is not giving bill for the stick (Rs. 2500 corporate connection). I complained on [protected] but nothing happened. I requested for address change, I was assured address had been changed but no reply. For Jan Bill I approached Mini Store in Chandkheda, they told me that the the request for duplicate bill has been sent and Iwould get duplicate bill within 7 days. Now 15 days have passed, again no response. What to do with this company and their horrible service? Was this information helpful? | |

My name is Mangesh from Nagpur, Maharashtra. I have Vodafone Datacard SIM No is: [protected] (2G- Prepaid).It get disconnected in every 1 mint when i try to connect Internet. I have register the complaint in zonal office at Ashok Nagar Nagpur to Mr. Rishi Yadav but nothing is happened.
I tried it many times on different location with different computers.
Service and support is really very bad I am afraid with Vodafone Service.
