Vodafone India - Delhi — Vodafone incorrect billing .... Least bothered about customer...

It’s been 6 years I am using the Hutch/Vodafone services for No. [protected]. I have never experience any problem relating to my bill . It was always perfect and timely paid also but from last 10 days is like a hell to me in respect of my Last Bill.

In June’11, I had sent a mail to Vodafone Customer Care asking about the Blackberry Plan. They had given me the below options

With below option I activated the 499 Plan with 500 MB free. The July’11 Bill was for 1270.91 in which I got the discount for Rs.5778.15 against my black berry Plan. It was totally correct and I paid the Bill on time. But in Aug’11 the problem start when I receive my bill for Rs. 11268.48 which reflect as in my Black berry Plan 500KB free instead of 500MB.

Then I sent a mail to Customer Care for this incorrect charges and I personally call to them. Now below are the problems and complaints:

1. When I Call to Customer Care , They just say our records is 500KB and then put me hold for 15 Minutes and disconnect the call without attending my complain. Even they have not registered my complain.
2. Mail which I send to Vodafone Customer Care they have not responded in 48 Hrs even I got the acknowledgement. After sending many follow ups they send the responds that my bill is correct without seeing the trial mail which I got from Customer Care. They just raise the request number. Here are multiple request number[protected] /[protected] &[protected] but problem is not resolved.
3. Then I decided to visit Vodafone store, I gone to ANSAL PLAZA,DELHI, VODAFONE STORE on 13th Aug'2011 , Token No. 29 at 02:53 PM where my problem was not listen properly but they raise the request and assure me in 72 Hrs my problem gets resolved and they will call me and inform me that my charges are reversed. The request number is[protected]. Still awaiting reply to this request number.
4. Now I am fed up with all these and requested for disconnection of my number but I have not got any reply from Vodafone.

I think Vodafone is not concerned about their customer at all. People are suffering with this…

Due to incorrect bill generated my Outgoing & Incoming is barred and the mental harassment is unlimited… I am suffering every minute due to Vodafone.

I have given my important time in drafting the mails to Vodafone but not getting any response.It is just a wasteage of my time...

Need to intervention on urgent basis. Hope you will solve my case. I am attaching all mails for your reference.
