In december, 2010, I went to buy Vodaphone pre-paid mobile connection from Vodaphone store but the company employees forced me, with all sort wrong information, to buy a postpaid connection. In case of dissatisfaction, change from postpaid to pre-paid after first bill was also assured. However, after receiving the 1st bill in January, 2011, I was dissatisfied and so I went the same store to change the mobile connection from postpaid to pre-paid one. But I was told that it is possible only after three months's use of postpaid connection. I stopped using the SIM. But in the February, 2011, the 2nd month, I got the bill of Rs.850 or so for no voice call but for some unknown downloads, which is strange as the SIM was not used at all. My requests for disconnection are falling on deaf ears of the company. The company is forcibly charging me the monthly rental of postpaid connection as well for many other things which I am not using after receiving and paying the 1st bill.
The company employees at Vodaphone Store, Kotla Mubarakpur, South Ex., Ring Road, New Delhi are very rude to hear any argument. I dont know how should I get rid of this Vodaphone Postpaid mobile connection menace.
Please help me. The said postpaid moblie connection no. is [protected].
