[Resolved] Vodafone India Prepaid Mobile — Sub: Deduction of Rs 60 from my Vodafone prepaid [protected] | |
Just after a single click on “miss call information” option, it got activated on my Vodafone prepaid. I have not got any option like, “Activate it” or “Deactivate it” on my phone by service provider. This way Rs 30 has deducted from my prepaid A/c only for that single click. Actually, I want to know facilities in Vodafone services on my mobile, this is why, I was opening that services. But I was sure that only after opening the option will not activate the service, it will give activation option to choose me as usually happens in net banking or any software installation. I call customer care to refund my deducted amount. They did not refund it. Above was my first experience, so I thought it might be my mistake, perhaps I have not read the options. To confirm it, I again open that service carefully. This time it also get activated without giving any option. And thus Rs30 has again deducted from my account. I am not worrying about refund of my own money. But activation of services by single click without giving any activation or deactivation option is a cheating. Vodafone has so many customers. And deducting amount by this way is a big cheating for the customers. It should be stopped and activation, deactivation or confirmation option must be provided before deduction of amount.
