[Resolved] Vodafone — inflated postpaid bills | |
Hi all,
I am a valuable vodafone postpaid customer since feb 2013 and my no is [protected],
i have a issues regarding the billing discrepancies and compliant for the same.
Well the experience is horrible and after wasting so much time with their customer care and mailing them, i didn’t received any positive response, so i am bewaring u all about using postpaid plans of vodafone and if you use them then do check your postpaid bill break up thoroughly as in my case i have been charged three times my actual call rate per minute on two of the no. which i frequently used to call and my compliant was not entertained at all.
Well at last,
