[Resolved] Vodafone — Internet service not available in your area | |||
I have recharged my vodafone a/c by Rs. 21 Internet pack on 24/04/2013. But my area Dulduli has no internet connection for my vodafone no. My no. is [protected]. When I have contacted vodafone customer care and said to launch a complain, the customer care executive officer disconnected my call and now I can not contact to customer care from my vodafone no. please take a step very soon and extend my internet pack validity. Vodafone — internet service is accessible
Dear sir, i am santanu patra, from west bengal. my vodafone number is [protected]. my problem is that sir i can't access gprs in my mobile since 22nd october. though i have recharged with 98 rs plan. i am using this connection only for internet. sir i am a business man and i have to surf internet everyday. but from 22nd october i can't access even a single web page. i have phoned many times to vodafone care but they were not responding at all.and i hve also launched a complain in this regards but that also does not worked.Every time i call there they were starting to convince me that the problem is in my handset. but i am assuring that my all friends who were using vodafone connection are facing same problem. sir plz plz do something.Sir my adress is given below

my number [protected]....and i have a internet packet connection..... my office is in BTP.....and the internet was working....but from past one week internet is unavailable in that area.....calling customer care is useless they wont respond and last false transaction money is also not refunded and people of vodafone are not good enough.......also one more complaint of youtube streaming using vodafone mobile connect is unavaliable but i called customer every day in a week but they didnt able to solve the problemm........................please look in to the matterCustomer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

I had purchaged an USB stick from Voda phone almost three months back. It is of any use to me because of the slow access to the network. I get different responses from the helpline.
