[Resolved] Vodafone — IR not activated | |||
Hello Vodafone, Back in November I have complained regarding the IR activation.I am attaching the receipt that I have got from the Vodafone store person. Now let me know the action you will take ? I have payed 3000/- and got the reciept. The store person informed me that in 24 hours they would come for verification. I waited for one day and no one came for verification. The very next day I had to leave India. I tried to reach the customer care from abroad now the customer care is saying that they cannot activate International roaming because the security deposit 3000/- is not reflecting on my no. I dont have the reciept copy with me now. I feel like cheated. Please help me. I need to access my mobile number.
