Vodafone SIM — sim lost

would like to have my No. ([protected]) blocked as my cell was stolen this morning. Please do the same at the earliest. & reissued me same no. as i have my balance in it
Also, is there some way by which I can be intimated or contact someone to check whether the no. has been blocked or not.

I was having Vodafone Pre-Paid No. [protected] on my name (Swanand S.Dinde) . & it was lost on 19th Sep 09. I have given complent to block this sim but Customer Care Exe. said to visit Voda Store. I have visited Dhankwadi Center, Pune & they given me replacement sim, saying that this sim will start within 24hrs & old sim will be blocked automatically. But2 sim was not started, Finally on 26th Sep09 they told me to go at another Voda Store Located in Hirabag,Pune. I have visited there aslo & got another new sim, there also same thing happnes they told same thing, But still my sim is not yet Started.

Please look into this ASAP.
