I request you to please check you outgoing call from your computer system Dated[protected] in my mobile number. I listen correct word from your recorded IVR that 1paise plan for 1 year only in just Rs. 10/-. Firstly Rs.20/- has been deducted from your Main Balance after 24 hours Rs.10/- will be refunded to you.Sir Till date[protected] I have not received any balance from vodafone. I think that you are not interested to slove the problem of your customer. therefore you do call me after my two complaints means I request you please call me because my 121 and 198 also blocked by you already. I request you to please check you all the details from your computer system Dated[protected] in my mobile number. I am not subscribe any service frm my side.but i receved a sms for subscription of game services, but i never sebscribed this.I have not received any balance from vodafone. I think that you are not interested to slove the problem of your customer. therefore you do call me after my two complaints means. i very disopointed with ur company...properly and refund my all the balance.
