Vodafone — Activate a expired scheme on my recharge | |||
Hi, i am Piyush Kumar Aggarwal, PREPAID customer of Vodafone, Mobile no. - [protected]. I have taken a recharge of 110 rupees on 19th, April 2011. They had activated a expired service on my mobile phone, in which they have given 94 rupees and valid for 7 days. Also, those 94 rupees was added as special balance, which i was unable to use due to insufficient balance. Thus, i had not used even a single Penny from that and the balance got expired after 26th April. I asked them through mail to correct my prepaid account balance, but they told me that we are working on that upto mid of May and finally no reply has come... I was using that vodafone connection last 3 years..!! Was this information helpful? | |||

If yes, then please check the data from 18/04/2011 to 27/042011 of all recharges and usages from my account, may be it will make more clear you. And if it is possible than send those details to me also. I am still having your recharge sms on my mobile phone of regarding date in which it clearly mentioned the amount and validity of the recharge.
