[Resolved] Vodafone — Frequently disconnection of my mobile number [protected] | |||
Myself Prasad Mehta a vodafone consumer having mobile([protected]) for last 4months. Vodafone disconnect my number for incomplete address verification but in realty they never do the address verifcation but sametime i receive monthly bill regularly on same address. By conitinuous followup with vodafone care by telephonic, personal visit at vodafone store & even written communication with vodafone there is no use. I would like to book complaint against vodafone with TRAI also , for there fraud in address veriification as they blindly give data without actual verification & make a suffer geninue user.
