[Resolved] Vodafone Karnataka — DND Registration Undone
I have four prepaid Vodafone Karanataka numbers, three of which were registered under Do Not DIsturb. The DND status could be confirmed from the NDNC website. In the last few days I have been receiving a number of promotional SMSs on one of the mobiles. To my surprise, a check at the NDNC website shows none of the 4 numbers have DND registrations any more. Who's to blame? NDNC or Vodafone-Kar? Don't wish to publish my personal no here. my email is [protected]@hotmail.com Was this information helpful?

Why fall back on obfuscation? I was puzzled by the cheeky talk by a couple of customer service agents. I had to do some researching to get to the bottom of this thing & got to this report

Sep 27 2011 was when the portal change was made.
Your people should have had the basic courtesy to admit that Vodafone had messed up, but instead tried to cover up with cavalier & brave over-the-top explanations
I hope better sense will prevail in future
