Vodafone — unnecessary charges and bad response to complaints | |||
1. Vodafone activates the sports pack even though i dint ask for it. 2. I call vodafone to de activate it and the custoemr care executive insists tat he de activated it. 3. I still get charged for sports update pack that was supposed to be deactivated. 4. I call again and ask for the same. Again the response was that through message its deactivated. 5. I still get charged for sports update. 6. I had to personally go down to the office and fight it out to remove the pack. Now the question is . How can vodafone provide such horrible customer service.? How can they activate a pack witout my confirmation. ? Who is gonna pay back for my balance that i lost since a month or more. Vodafone is least bothered. They haven given a good offer also though the customer care executive insists that i stick wit vodafone and that some person is gonna call me and give a good offer. its been a month. i haven recieved any phone call for vodafone. I am a customer since 7 years. such cheap tricks from vodafone is driving old customers to other providers. 1 rs daily rental and 1 rupee a call when all my frnds are enjoying 10 ps per minute? now now.. its gonna take more than my balanace refund for this..
