[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing calls and 3G Disconnect | |||
Hi, I have took 3G connection with Vodafone last month. I have been using the same connection for the last 4years. Last week i went abroad and activated my international roaming with my vodafone postpaid number. Before activating i have checked with customer care regarding the charges, and they confirmed that there is no Extra Data roaming charge. So i used mobile internet and after 5 days on 17th sep,my connection disconnected without any intimation.I checked in my account and i found that my outstanding bill amount is Rs.8,200/-.19th sep, i had send mail to nodal officer and evening i got reply that my connection activated for incoming calls and messages.Then again i checked my account and i surprised with the unbilled amount, it was Rs.32,000/-. Without any connect for 2 days how Rs.28,000/- popped up still a mistery. And for this there is no answer from concenred authority they are constantly telling that i have used data roaming and this charges i should pay. But my concern is 1. my credit limit is Rs.6,400/- and why they did not informed me regarding crossing of this limit or why they continued their service after crossing this limit. 2.These are all happened only because of Customer care executives wrong information and vodafone officers not accepting this issue.3.How 8,200 became 32,000 without any connection for 2 days. Vodafone — disconnection in roaming
my vodafone mob number([protected]) has been disconnected in roaming(in punjab).please help me in finding the problem as soon as possible
