[Resolved]  Vodafone Karnataka — Vodafone Karnataka has Sub Standard Customer Service - Please Act

I have been facing this issue since the time i got a new connection with Vodafone. My Payment due date is Jan 12th, 2013 and My Outstanding is Rs 980+ My Credit limit is Rs 1000. Kindly let me know the reason why my service has been bared. You should have bared my services under 2 circumstance,if i do not make the payment by Jan 12th,2012 and the second circumstance is if my outstanding has exceeded Rs 1000, both are not applicable in my case.This has been happening every month and i understand unbilled amount does not include my discounts, data plan and offers. So it is illogical to bar my outgoing services based on unbilled amount. I tried reaching your customer service in 3 different modes and my experience was pathetic as below

Complaint Via Phone: Irresponsible response stating "We do not have permission to release your Outgoing Services" and they keep repeating the same message with understanding problem and the kind of embarrassment that i had when i was unable to make a call.

Complaint Via Social Media (Facebook): I posted the same message in Facebook and after 3 days they wrote to me saying, my service is activated .Infact i made a partial payment and only then my service was activated. Most insulting part is your guys deleted my comments and complaints repeatedly in Facebook.

Complaints Via EMail: Awaiting Reply From Nodal officers

My Overall Experience with Vodafone Karnataka is Pathetic and Sub Standard Quality. I need a response on what grounds my Outgoing Service was bared ?
