[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect Bill of Approx 2000 INR charged | |||
Hi, I am a vodafone postaid user from ~ 5 years. I have been wrongly charged of 2000 Rs for GPRS connect, although I have been activated the unlimited data plan for GPRS connectivity. Basically I was misguided by customer care and Vodafone executive regarding the unlimited GPRS plan services on my mobile. I was keep confirming the plan details and usage of GPRS setting from customer care after activating the new GPRS plan and using the services as per thier guidance and still I have got a access amount of 2000 Rs. in my current month bill. Now customer care executive is not ready to take complaint and saying the charges are correctly levied on my bill. Please guide me where my issue can be resolved.
