[Resolved] Vodafone — Unable to send & receive SMS

Dear Sir,
I am unable to send & receive SMS from 10th of Dec. I was complaning day before yesterday. He told me that the occuring problem will solved on 13th of Dec. at 6:00 PM but the problem was not solved.Plz solve this problem immediately.
I had called vodafone customer care on [protected] on 30th October 2012 at 1630 to inquire about incoming call barring. When the cust.reps. response did not help, i agn called the cust. care at 1800. After that call I could bar incoming call from a particular nbr. on my cell but I dont knw what settings were changed by the vodafone cust. care centre, I am not receiving any SMS and not able to send any SMS.
I call the customer care agn on 31st Oct but all in vain. I was den told to remove the sim card from the existing cell and try sending message thru other device but I still cudnt send message. I inserted another sim card in my existing cell and tried send message and it was a success.
This means the problem is with the sim card I am currently using.
Please resolve this problem as I am missing out on contacting my friend who are abroad.
