[Resolved]  Vodafone — customer care used the abuse language

Hello sir,

My name is Surjit Singh. Today i received call from vodafone customer care executive at 03:43 pm[protected] from [protected].

He explained me about free five day internet service on vodafone. When i said him i don't need of this service.

He used abuse language in punjabi

(phone cut salle bhenchood, bhaya salla)

When i said him you called me you cut. again he said

(Cut bhenchood, salle..........................)

So this is the customer care executive service. Vodafone is giving this type of plan through customer care.
I don't know the name of this person but i know he was speaking from Ludhiana server. So i want action against him.

my no is [protected] i got sms that recharge RS 198 & GET RS 250 SO I CHARGE RS 198 AT 20.30PM ON 13-6=09 AT KALYANINAGAR PUNE BUT IT SHOWN ONLY RS 198 SO I CALLED NO 111 TO COUSTOMER SERVICE IN PUNE ABOUT REMANING MONEY HE STARTED TALKING VERY RUDE & ABUSEING ME THAT TIME I WAS IN PUNE CALL TIME AT 21.25PM SAME DAY HE CANT SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY SO I SPEECH IN HINDI WITH HIM BUT HE WAS TOO MUCH ANGRY WITH ME & I RECORDED HIS CONVERSATION AFTER I CUT LINE BUT I FORGET HIS NAME BUT NOT TIME SO AFTER 20MIN I CALLED SAME NO 111 AT 21.45 & I SPOKE TO SUPERVISIOR MR JATIN P ABOUT HIS AGENT BEHAVIER I TOLD EVERY DETAIL & TIME ABOUT HIM HE MR JATIN APPLOGISE ON BEHALF OF HIM BUT HE DIDNT TELL ME HIS NAME BUT PROMISE ME TO REMOVE FROM CO BUT I M NOT SURE ABOUT HIS WORD SO I REQUEST U TO LOOK AFTER THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & LET ME KNOW WAT ACTION U TOOK BECAUSE IT REPUTATION O[censored]R CO TKS

I activated the GPRS 198/- plan few days back
till date i didnot activated but for activation i went to Tnagar, mylapore, tondiarpet
In these showroom the VAS person is not available finally today i went to parrys showroom i waited for 10 to 15 min and i went to one person and said i have some important work to do so pls finesh my work as soon as possible but he reply very badly
so i cancel the above mentioned no today and very soon i am going to cancel my other no also

Dear friends i don't know name address of this vodafone customer care. Otherwise i punch him. Vodafone customer care service is very rude & rough.
dear i[censored] dont know address of this vodafone customer care then pls ask to that bloody person who is calling u or u may visit ur nearest vodafone outlet/showroom and do what ever u like best
