[Resolved] Vodafone — number is inactive | |||
hi my name is fatama moshin latifgiwala . ihave an vodafone number([protected]) ths number is deactivate from 16 September........ I need to activate ths number , i hv went to vodafone store in ahmednagar ,allmost 10 times but they can't solve my problem,they dont know what the problem is ,they say that no is deactivate becaz of non use , afert speeking to customer explicative on 198 ,they say tht ur problem will b solve at store only .on 8/10/2010 i have speak to them sin ear officer allmost 45 min , but nothing happen ,i hv paid 5000 rs for that number it was post paid ,n i hv change it to prepaid ,but store person say it is pre paid and on 198 they say it is post paid , i cant make it out what to do so plz healp me for same reason i need to activate that number ([protected]). in stores person dont tlk properly , plz help me for that my alternate number is ([protected],,[protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Jimmy Dsilva using vadofone nos from last year. My nos is [protected].I often travel to abroad. Had kept this nos for safe custody for 6 months that is from 24 April till 25 oct. Due to some work could not make it to India. Two week before my wife put the sim it is showin unregistered. I bought the sim for 5000. From last week my wife is goin to the vadofone store they told they will block the nos but today the store manager that is located in Fatima nagar is telling that sim is blocked by some else.when I put my sim in safe custody the person told it will get activated automatic.many people have this nos of mine.I would like to get my nos.my payments are clear.my option nos is[protected].

PROBLEM WITH VODAPHONE SERVICE I AM tracking my complaint from past 1 month but these people are unable to solve my issue ...:(

As i have mentioned in earlier email my number [protected] was in use and i have sent all the details which can prove that it was in use so you can not say that be cause of no usage you have disconnected my number. and as i am using this connection from last 6 yrs its very difficult to update my number to all of my contacts and register for all the services. so please do the needful.
and still if you are unable to provide the service please provide me proper answers for my below question.
1. why my number has got disconnected as it was in use (I have sent you the details of the messages which i have received before few days of disconnecting my number) ?
2. I have register my complaint within 5 working days then why you have recycled the number for which complaint has been registered ?
3. your CSR asked me to submit the document to vodafone store. and when i tried to submit it in vodafone store located in rajarampuri(Kolhapur) why they didn't accept my documents?
please send me the proper answers on this. and if your not able to answer these questions please return me my mobile connection with same number
