[Resolved]  Vodafone Maharashtra — Misleading customer

I was using vodafone prepaid connection ([protected]) since last 7 years.
In January I came to Sweden for business trip. and here also I was using that number with international roaming.
Suddenly on 04th June the number stopped working. the validity for number was till May 2015
I checked with vodafone and got answer the number is deactivated because of not recharged and not made any call within 3 months. and they did this without any prior intimation.
Then I wrote email to vodafone care and they had considered my case and gave assurance to reactivate the numebr by submitting some documents to nearest Vodafone store(i,e, Sawantwadi) and I agreed to that.
Then my father went to the nearest Vodafone store(Sawantwadi , 60 Kms from my place).
They took my documents and told that number will be activated within 2 days.
I waited for 7-8 days, then I called the vodafone store Sawantwadi to ask why the number has not been activated.
Then they supposed to reply with status.
My Father again personally visited the vodafone store to check the status, That time the executive had told my father that the number activation service is not available at our store, you have to go to another city (Mhapusa in Goa) which is 110 Kms from my place.
My question is then why this store is opened here if it is not for customer.
and why these people are making fool to customer and misguiding?
I don't want to loose this mobile number.
Please help me.

Vodafone — deduction of customer balance, by fooling them

useless service,

I miss Vaishali m Sonawane user of vodafone, this people call us for vodafone many times. I disconnected the call & suddenly i got the msg that your caller tune is set on your no. & my balance deducted. As called cust care first he was not ready to accept but when i got angry & had lot of conversation then the supervisor came on call & then he said " yes maa'm your caller tune is being set from our end by default so don't worry , you will get your balance back after 48hr. but still it was not back , i called back again & again the same assurance was given to me. after calling them again they said it is in request once your request is accepted your balance will be given to you & till today it will be done. The worse part is while talking to this executive & questioning them , then they keep our call on hold for 5-10mins & then disconnect our call. Like full again & again we have to call them & they disconnect doing the same things. And all the time when we call them back they ask us for details again & again we have to repeat the same procedure as if we custumer have no other work to do. I would like to request vodafone & the co-wroker that stop fooling your custumer. I used to face same service problem in my postpaid no. also that's the reason i stop using that no. Now i m just waiting when my balance will be back. I was more irrate when i came to know that many people our facing same problem & my friends also.

I hope that vodafone comeup with some solution for such kind of behaiver of their co-workers.

Vodafone — fooling customers by misleading

i have applied for 1day scheme of 40mb internet usage. the service was availed to within an hour. i used mobile net for about an hour. after using my balance was deducted about 30Rs. for using the service although i have free service. i called the customer care for inquiring this why the balance had deducted. they said you have vodafone live not vmc. how can i can surf on vlive when i have applied for service of vmc. customer care executive had a talk with me very rudely. three of them put hold on the phone for about 6-7min for transferring the call to senior each time i called them. the call was dropped after every 6-7min after transferring to senior. they misguided me & tried to fooled me that have use the wrong service.

Vodafone — VODAFONE STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS

i was porting out from vodafone number([protected]) but i got the call from vodafone on 8th feb 2011 saying that if i dont port out i will be offered call charges as 1 paise/2sec for free and if i recharge with 21 rs i will be charged sms at 1paise and will be getting full talk on recharge of 30 and above but 10 days has passed and vodafone is still fooling saying that its a technical problem and require more 24 hours, like this 10 days has passed but i NO offer has been activated on my mobile inspite of my repeated complain. i have wasted a lot of money on recharge after that call. moreover the people at vodafone customer care are very rude and disconnect my call when i give the complain.
the nodal officer is not bother to reply to my email regarding the complain.

Vodafone — Misleading Customers

vodafone is not at all reliable. No business ethics . Pathetic customer services.

When i bought the vodafone USB stick the agent told that there is a 199 line rental corporate plan wherein i get unlimited data usage. I specifically asked him if there is a limit to the data usage. But he told me i can use as much i want and there is no limit whatsoever.

But now after getting the services activated i get to know that there is no 199 line rental plan.
And the data limit for the plan which i am using is 3 gb....

And the customer services always hang up when i try to register my complaint.
