[Resolved] Vodafone Mini Store — refused to accept payment | |||
Sir/Mam, I am Hitesh from delhi. I was using a vodafone postpaid connection i.e. [protected]. I deactivated this number last month. After that i tried to clear my dues pending with the company but there was no proper guidance also the mini store refused to accept the payment and said they are not authorised to accept payments of deactivated connections. When i called customer care, they told me that mini stores are completely authorized and they can accept the payment. I again visited the mini-store but this time they said they are not going to resolve my issue at any cost. Then i again called the customer care to raise a complaint against them but this time they also didn't helped me out. Vodafone — dealer refused to provide service
i asked the to recharge my vodafone number by RS 35 but he refused to do so and gave me reason that he will not recharge me number below rs 50.the company is giving schemes of less than rs 50 and dealer is not supporting.if the company cannot provide optimum services than why it has given dealership to such dealers.
