Dear Sir, I called to customer care and "Rahul" received my call . i told to him my problem but he put my call on hold and he not gave any response. then i recall this time any "Agnihotri" picked my call and he without wrote my complaint, gave me wrong complaint no. and being with me misbehave. To their complaint i called again and this time "Abhishek" received my call and he did the same......... Please take some action against to them.......! Was this information helpful? | |||

i call 198 date 22.07.2010 evening
I AM NOT SATISFIED BY THE REPLY OF VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON AS AM ASKING SOMETHING ELSE AND
GETTING SOME NOXIOUS/UUNWANTED
he also barred 198 service and he not registered my complaint
i actived home zone service with recharge Rs. 11. but call rate(20ps v to v, 40ps v to other) not active. i am calling in home zone. when i select network selection manual when mobile display massage that home zone seleted

i call customer care on 22.07.2010. his tone is not right and he close my 198 service. i active home zone service recharge with 11 ruppess. but service not start yet. and i want to stop unautoried massage. my mob. no. is [protected]
