Vodafone Mobile Connect 3G USB Stick — My vodafone data card are not working

I was purchased a vodafone datacard in last week but it’s not working when i was complained for it no one give proper response (customer care).

I am spending 1500RS but after 5 days i am not opening a singel web page on my PC.

I am purchasing this data card by a phone communication...
