Dear sir, My vodafone prepaid no.[protected] under activated 1GB gprs in 96 rupees recharge on 25/08/20011.discontinue on 26/08/2011 without sending massage CAN VL96 to 144. I also request to customer executive but hi was not agree to reactive. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone internet service provider unable solve confusion as per telephonic discussion with [protected] number on 27/08/2011 at 02:36PM.
I WAS NOT REQUESTED FOR DISCONTINUE SERVICE MASSAGE CAN VL96 TO 144.
I WAS SEND MASSAGE ACT 3G TO 144 FOR ACTIVATION 3G AND THEN I WAS RECEIVED disconeted DIRECT 2G PACK VL96 IN BETWEEN I WAS NOT RECEIVED any warning massage for losting previous data.
I am given full rupees for 1GB data pack. Its discontinue root should be only one CAN VL96 TO 144 not any other. This is error of vodafone service provider not customers.
So, please reactive or refund it.
