[Resolved] Vodafone Mobile Number — Getting Bill even after surrendering sim card before 2 months | |
Dear Sir, I would like to say that the Vodafone Services are pathetic. My number was [protected]. I surrendered the above SIM CARD in end of March and received following mail from Vodafone - QUOTE - Dear Mr. Jajodia, Thank you for your email dated 26/03/09, regarding the Vodafone mobile number [protected]. We confirm that your request for disconnection will be processed within 72 hours. We would like to inform you that your next bill will be generated on 18/04/09, with a payment due date of 05/05/09. In case you need further assistance, please do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you. - UNQUOTE I was shocked that in spite of surrendering I was charged for next months Tariff and again I got the bill for second month's tariff. Can you please look into the matter and ask Vodafone to stop sending me the bills. Was this information helpful? | |
