[Resolved] Vodafone / Mobile Postpaid — Vodafone outgoing call have been barred | |||
Dear Sir, I am a very valuable customer of Vodafone & this time I am feeling very painful to let you know my outgoing call of Vodafone postpaid number [protected] have been barred from last two days without any further intimation, even though without any issue I am facing this issue from last 48 hours, this is my corporate connection & I am facing a very big problem as I am not been able to call any of my clients & colleagues even though clients have started abusing harshly on emails, I am calling to customer care from last two days continually but all the time they are providing the same response as technical team is working on this, we are trying, you can wait for another two hours, we are writing mails, you can check after 4 hours at starting I was also not been able to receive any call but after 1 days it’s been fixed out but outgoing call is still barred and they are saying we do not have any problem in my connection on their side.
