[Resolved] Vodafone — Outgoing call service disconnected.......... | |||
I am the Vodafone mobile service prepaid user.I am using the said vodafone service from last 5 years.there was account updates as decided by govt. of india as told by vodafone mobile service providers. I have submitted all the required Documents asked by vodafone service providers to update my account.On submitting the required documents the said service providers committed the mobile service will be activated within 24 hrs of time.But they didn't activated my fone service.visiting to the vodafone store after 36 hrs of time in mulund(west),Vasant Oscar,LBS marg the staff people of vodafone they were not polite,and activated my service after half an hour of time sitting and requesting them.now after 20 days of times passed again they have deactivated my outgoing call service i don't know for what reason.Calling to there Call tollfree no.114 the call centre representative tells your documents are not submitted for which the service is deactivated.I asked him that for how much time i should submit the documents as i have already submitted it 20 days back.he says i don know but our system shows ur documents are still to be submitted.please help me how get out of this purposefully mental and physical agony from these mobile service providers.
