[Resolved]  Vodafone - Mumbai — Reduction of credit limit abruptly/poor telephone customer care service

On 13 June 2009 I was repeatedly asking for help between 1100 PM and 1200 PM at the customer care number on 111.

However none of your customer care officers registered my complaint.

I called the number 111 four times, but at each instant the officer put the phone down.

I also requested to talk to the manager or person incharge, giving the reason, but again the line was abruptly cut. No one took down the complaint or actually helped me understand why my credit limit was suddenly decreased from Rs 7000 to Rs 900 ? I have always paid my bills before time.

If only you can help me understand what is the problem with your staff and customer care ? You have big advertising campaigns running and saying - Happy to Help.

Have you actually tried to find out if you do really help customers ?

I am very disappointed in your services and way the cutomers are handled.

Can you tell me why your customer care officers did not co-operate ? Can you find out all the recordings of the conversations that happened between me and your customer care staff ? Can you replay those audio recordings and find out what is the real problem ?

This is a complaint regarding my three numbers allotted by your :

While to bring to your goodself notice and I want you to answer/solve some of my grievances piling up since past months. They are mentioned below:-
1) Why your customer care phone 111 never entertain /answer/forward below grievances ?
2)Why your recovery agent harass us ( bad mouthing ) without caring to solve below mentioned issues ? like :
3) That why your company disconnect my phones purposely despite of my payment which I go on doing ? Such actions of your has spoiled my repo in front of persons who calls me ?
So I further request to Please try to resolve my issues urgently & permanently :-
4) By waiving all my reconnection & penalty charges which I am purposely made to pay so far, sometime even twice / thrice a month from the date you started providing services to me?
5) Why don’t you please check my actual usage ( out going of phones done so far ) and charge me exact & accordingly,
6) Please also tell me why I should still continue with your services when other ‘service providers’ give ‘life time incoming free’ – by distributing FREE SIM CARDS or by charging mere Rs. 100 / to Rs.200/ ? where as, you go on insulting us by disconnecting cells again and again ?
7) Haven’t I gave/paid you enough money to atleast keep/allow my incoming alive ?
As you could make out from my past records & payment done that - most of the time my cells were completely kept dead by you for days & months, In such conditions - I lost my repo and my new professionals assignments, So once for all, If you resolve all my above problems wisely – I will further request to allow ‘incoming to my phone’ atleast as I had so far paid you enough of money to keep my ‘incoming free’ . This will also convince me that I should try to clear your dues if not in ‘one go’ but in easy breakups. Meanwhile, You may block my outgoing, Till the time you are not convinced that I am paying you.
