[Resolved] Vodafone — serious inconvenience! | |||
I jusy got a Vodafone POST-PAID connection dated[protected].It is an UNLIMITED PLAN for 6 montths at [protected]@2499 on my new blackberry,which is now a terrible experience thanks to Vodafone services. It was on the[protected] I received an sms saying I have exceeded a credit limit of Rs 500 ,which has been set by Vodafone.My outgoing services were barred.I went to the Vodafone store as instructed by Vodafone Care and was told my 'unbilled usage' was Rs1463 and that I could pay Rs1000 to resume services.The very next day I get another sms saying I exceeded the limit again.How much longer do I have go through this. Its a post-paid connection and I should be getting a bill at the end of the month not everyday during the month, And if its unlimited,why is there a credit limit. Besides,one particular Vodafone care executive was so rude on the phone,he kept raising his voice. oh and besides all this, when I went to get the connection,they forgot to tell me to sign on the photograph,so I had to make another trip to the Vodafone store and now my verification process is delayed. All the relevant papers are submitted & Verified by the Store as on 22ed November, 2014 along with New plan request after this change over
I have paid Rs.1600 for the clearance of outstanding amount against Rs.850 bill so that their is no problem arise for this change over
store issued me a New SIM after checking papers which is become active when my current SIM was de-active automatically with in 48 hours
I am still waiting for the change of number and ownership of number
today is[protected] and their is no change of ownership and activeness of new SIM
I have also complaint to Nodal Officer of concerned zone regarding aforesaid matter but No response have been received from him till now
Such Nodal officer verified all the detail related to this matter
such as
- My Application was proper and fulfilled all the requirement related to this matter
- My New Sim number which is allotted to me and which is still not active
Every time when I call at Nodal Officer Number every officer try to transfer the call to such officer who deal my case or convince me that Concerned officer call back me but both was not happened till now
I am trying to call him on daily bases but no response was received.
Due to this change over i have change my current Internet packaging with calling pack to limited Internet packaging with calling packaging and NOW bill was continuously increased.
