[Resolved] Vodafone — BILLING ISSUES - WRONG PACKAGE ADDED AND CHARGED | |||
Hi, My wife has been using vodafone for a lot of years and is a privileged member. 4-5 people in our family use vodafone. A few months back she added iphone plan to her account. Vodafone added some other internet account onto her account. The service she had added was for Rs. 200 and 100MB usage. They are now billing her for both the plan and the usage, whereas the usage has never exceeded 100MB. Talking to their customer representative has been useless. This is clear cheating and we all have decided to switch over. Beware of Vodafone...they are not honest... Thank you. Regards, Gunjan Was this information helpful? | |||
