Vodafone — Unfair MNP Practice | |||
My no with vodafone is [protected], i had put in a request to port out my no which has been rejected with reason " Customer has contractual Obligations" . I just calld the vodafone helpdesk inquiring the reason to which i was answered that since i am an old customer i automatically come under contractual agreement then i was told its a system error. This is the second time this has happened. Once before also they rejected stating that i am a corporate customer and that a NOC is required from my company which was emailed to them. This is just harassment and unfair practice to try and retain customers. I requested vodafone to please send me an email explaining why they have rejected my request to which i was refused. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO STOP THESE PRACTICES ? Was this information helpful? | |||

Such a nasty service they provide to customers...they even put my call in rejected list so that i will not be able to call customer care and when called from other number to customer care they just transfer the call to IVR. Vodafone provides such a bad customer service i tell u..if this happens i think evreyone will shift to someother service provided rather than going through this torture.
I badly want to talk to someone who can fix these guys.
