[Resolved]  Vodafone — Cheating and Fraud by Vodafone

I am having 2 Vodafone Mobile Numbers: [protected] and [protected]. I always pay my Mobile Bills before the Due Date. My Due date is 19of every month and i used to make payment by 16th or 17th. In the month of September, I have paid Rs: 300=00 + 300=00 i.e. Rs: 600=00 in CASH at Vodafone Mini Store and got the Receipt also. From 19th September onwards, I was getting more than 3 to 4 SMS Per Day, that my bill is pending. By Calling their Customer Care Number, I have given them all the details and my nightmare started. Everyday, I get SMS and even giving all the details to Customer Care Number, they have informed me that I have to visit the Vodafone Gallery and show them the receipt, which I did on 26th of September, and again on 27 September, I have visited the Vodafone Gallery at Prabhadevi, and gave them the Receipt Copy and got the Acknowledgement also, and in spite of giving them, Vodafone has disconnected my Outgoing services, without giving me any reason.

AT VODAFONE GALLERY AT PRABHADEVI, I met the Lady Ms. Shefali, who is heading the branch and few more and find the following feedback:

1. They will teach you TAMEEZ and try to give you the lecture.
2. She will waste your valuable time of around 45 Mnts and will not take your complaint.
3. She and her staff members will gather you and try to harass you.
4. She will DECIDE about your problem, that it is a problem or not and you are not suppose to inform her.
5. She will not give you the docket number or complaint number, and on insisting, she will inform the staff to give 5
to 6 coupons, as if you are a begger.
6. Vodafone will not take any action against their UNEDUCATED , ARROGANT AND MANNERS LESS STAFF, and
will try to give you many excuses and try to inform that they are providing world class services.
7. Vodafone will send you reminders but never ever try to check from their end, that THEIR APPOINTED
VODAFONE MINI STORES are making payment to the Company or not, and they will instruct you to RUN TO
THEIR VODAFONE GALLERY'S AND MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE.

SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS:

1. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET "TAMEEZ AND MANNERS" LESSONS.
2. YOU DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY, EVEN IF IT IS THEIR OWN APPOINTED VODAFONE STORES.
3. YOU WILL LEARN FREE - HOW TO RUN FROM ONE STORE TO ANOTHER STORE.
4. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COMPLAINT PHONE CALLS, I.E. 50 PAISE PER 3 MNTS AND NOBODY WILL
TAKE YOUR CALLS FOR FIRST 6 MNTS AT LEAST, AND THEN YOU HANG UP THE PHONE.
5. THEY WILL CALL YOU, ONCE THEY GET THE COMPLAINT FROM NODAL OFFICER, AND THEN THEY WILL
ALSO IFNORM YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THEIR STAFF.
