Vodafone — Worst ever support | |||
I have been using Blackberry service from Vodafone Mumbai on my 8830 World Edition unlocked phone for over 2 years. It stopped connecting to the network. Using the device with other Vodafone SIM or using SIM with other Vodafone device works. The support staff is absolutely lousy (100 calls, 100 times same explaination/call content) and absolutely lack any kind of expertise. They do not keep committments of time, do not provide true information and not bothered to help customer escalate. Worst ever....am discountinuing after being a customer for over 4 years. i have been using Vodafone almost from 5-6 yrs. I have always felt myself proud customer which unfortunately is not true today. i have changed my BB plan from 299 to 599 last week. its already 7 days since 'm unable to use the services. inspite of calling the CC again and again, its routine for me to call at the customer care 3-4 times in a day and get request/compaint no. which has no meaning. i feel its totally useless support staff with no expertise. in this week i have talked to so many varun's, ali's, abhishek's, preeti's, pankaj's and the list continues...they will say sorry twice or thrice in a sentence but doesn't really mean.
i have not received a single call from CC to rectify or rather i should say identify the problem. the last resort is to change the service provider. i guess this is what they are waiting for... i would appreciate this my matter is taken seriously.
