[Resolved] Vodafone — Prepaid to Postpaid - [protected] | |||
Dear Vodafone Officers, Good morning! As per your following advice, I went on 26 March 2011 at 2.45 PM to East of Kailash Vodafone Office and met Mr Waseem and Mr Manoj. In my presence they have sent email to the concerned section to activate my plan from pre to post paid. They have also assured me that I will be receiving a call within 2 hours on 26 March 2011 and my plan will be activated on Sunday. Regret to inform you that till now neither I have received any call nor my plan has been changed. Still I am using my prepaid card and now balance is almost exhausted and not recharging the same as I have requested for post paid. In view of the above, you are requested to kindly activate the same immediately else I will approach the higher authorities. Thanks and regards. On 13 March 2011 I went to your Sant Nagar, New Delhi branch to change my plan from Pre to Post Paid and filled Customer Agreement Form No. 82693439, also deposited Rs. 500 as security amount for the plan. This was assured by your representative Mr Sameer that: 1. My plan will be activated within 48 hours after getting confirmation and enquiry from the company. 2. Rs. 250 will be adjusted in my first bill. This is to inform you that till date neither I have received any call from your company nor my plan has been changed. Still I am using my pre-paid SIM.
