dear sir, through your authority, i would like to lodge a complain against vodafone In for regular Uninterrupted service provided by it apart from this it has also deducted my balance after making several complains their customer care executives has deactivated IVR. details: today[protected] i had intended for a e-recharge of rupees 14 for internet pack, they deducted the same amount from my account but didn't activate the service and they are also not connecting me to their representatives. therefore i request you to look after the matter and kindly inform me about the same through my mail id mentioned below. thanks suraj bhan [protected] [protected]@yahoo.in Was this information helpful? | |||
