Vodafone — Non-Committal Behavior and Misleading Information to sell Postpaid | |||
The Vodafone company provided misleading information to me so that I switch to the Post-Paid connection and thereafter didnt even provide me the so said gift. Moreover, the Customer Service centre and Nodal officer and Appellate Authority personnel are too apathetic and indifferent towards getting this duly addressed and closed. Even after repeated reminders on mail and even contacting the Center in person , all I was handed over was a cheap umbrella from Vodafone but no apology was given to me in writing nor does anyone care to do what they said. I am sick and tired now after months of follow-up(starting from Jun-2010) with these indifferent so-called communications company who have no sense of what/how communications should be done with their customers. This is the Reference no. that was provided on mail to me by Vodafone Customer care REF:[protected]. I would like this to be taken up against them and dealt with.
