[Resolved] Vodafone — No intimation given by vodafone after completion of data pack to Post paid customer | |||
This complaint i am launching against Vodafone Gujarat post paid division. I have activated the data pack in my mobile no. for Internet access.There is no intimation given by vodafone after completion the data pack , and they have charged me 8180 Rs for June 2012 month and 10000 rs for July 2012 month.In vodafone prepaid division the data pack completion intimation is available for the users but in postpaid they have purposely not given because the bill is charged to user after one month. this is looks like fraud and i am feeling that i got cheated from vodafone. hello I have the same issue.I happy 17 thousand as my bill amount just for Internet and when I have for clarification no proper clarification was given about bill. I've already paid payment but I want to file complaint against them so that this cannot be repeated again and again and fool people. my numbers are [protected] [protected] I want them to give me clarification on the bill and pay me back the amount which they have taken from me unfaithful
