[Resolved] Vodafone — No proper information about 3G plan, which lead to heavy bill. | |
Respected Sir/Madam, I was a using one Corporate Connection of Vodafone India 3G Stick which i bought from my company. The number of that sim is +91-[protected]. The plan which I was informed by the vodafone executive was that initially I will be getting 4GB download for 2 months or whatever shall be consumed first and also I was told by him that it will be stopped immediatly if 4GB is consumed before time and bill be generated NIL for that initial plan. I was using that plan keeping in mind that it will stop automatically. Now the bill which vodafone has generated against my 3G stick number is about Rs. 6500. Sir if I am not wrong I should not be getting any bill according to their plan. I have mailed to them also regarding my concern but initially they said its my fault and now as when they have accepted that its their mistake, then also they are asking me to pay the bill. Sir, with due respect please look into this matter, as they are calling me each and every day for about 20 times. I told them give me a documented mail for the same but they are not doing so. I am a working man, i am usually in office when they keep on calling me from diffrernt numbers and its unbearable to attend their call all day. Atlast, I would like to say that they are disturbing my personal and professional life simultaneously and which is impacting very muCh. Please sir/madam, look into this matter ASAP. I believe I wrote this complaint against Vodafone Inda because I was not at all satisfied with their services and that is why I was expecting a faithful reply, but unfortunately I got the same responce. I have talked to Vodafone many times but this is not at all working in good direction. Is there anyone who can give me a better response? Or should I go ahead and escalate this to another level?
