Hi,
I want to draw your attention about the wrongly deducted amount from my account in the name of gprs charge.
The issue is, As per the recharge scheme of Rs 4 of Vodafone in which the user dials *444*5# to get 40 Mb data usage on the single day of the recharge. I recharge through this scheme yesterday(July7, 2011) in the morning . I received a confirmation message that the recharge is successful. After that I downloaded the data for the whole day, At afternoon when I checked the balance I found that a large amount is being deducted from my account (about 250) and when I called to customer care I was told that this is the problem most of the users are facing today and they are activating the scheme at that time. When i told to lodge a complain they every time disconnects my phone. There is also a rule that the scheme must be activated within 4 hours of dialing the code but in my case it was activated after 7-8 hours. So the amount deducted after successful recharge message must be reimbursed in my account.
Please resolve the issue asap.
