[Resolved] Vodafone — Non availability of cell phone towers | |||
A complaint regarding the lack of signal for data and calls at our home in Vasai (West) (Address - Sonarbhat, Papdy , Post- Vasai (W), District- Thane, Pin-401201 ( near Chanaburi naka / St Aloysius English High School Vasai) Mumbai, Maharashtra 401201). Our family have numerous contracts with Vodafone which could not be used over the past few years due to this lack of signal quality. the problem is like for urgent calls we dont get singal so we are not able to call or recieve or nor data card connection is proper, VERY POOR FRUSTRATING SERVICE! I HAVE VODAFONE CONNECTION NO.[protected].SINCE LAST FIVE YEARS PROPER COVERAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT MY RESIDENCE.TWO YEARS BACK I HAVE LODGED COMLAINT FOR THE SAME. FREQUENTLY REMINDED BY ME. DIFFERENCE ANSWERS ARE GIVEN TO ME. PROPER CARE IS NOT TAKEN BY COMPANY OFFICIALS. THE AUTHORITY NODAL OFFICE DESIGNATED BY COMPANY IS ALSO NOT ATTENDING. COMMITMENTS GIVEN BY COMPANY FOR PROVIDING SERVICES ARE NOT FULFILLED
