AN AGENT FROM VODAFONE COMPANY CALLD M YESTRDAY REGARDING PAYMENT OF MY OUTSTANDIUNG DUES. AS I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED FOR MIGRATION OF MY NUMBER FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID AND AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO ME I HAVE TO CLEAR THE DUES ON 2/4/2013. AND I DIDI THE SAME BY PAYIUNG THE OUTSTANDING ON 2/4/2013. BUT THE PERSON NAMED KARNAIL CALLING FROM VODAFON CARE CHANDIGARH OFFICE SEC 17-D CHAMBER 24. PROMISED ME TO MIGRATE THE NUMBER SOON. TILL 6 PM DTD 2/3/2013. BUT NOTHING HAPPNED AS TH CASE REMAINED SAME. WEN I CALLD HIM AT 6. HIS NO. FOUND TO BE SWITCHED OFF. THEN I WENT TO NEARST VODAFON STORE AND THEY SAID , IT MIGHT BE JUS RECOVERY TRICK AS NOTHING CAN BE HAPOPENED FROM THERE SIDE.. MIGRATION CAN BE DONE ONLY FROM VODAFONE STORES. AS THIS CASE MAY LEAD TO MISLEADING OF COSTUMER AND KINDLY TAKE A STRICT ACTIAON AGAINST HIM. Was this information helpful? | |||
