[Resolved] Vodafone — non usage Billing | |||
Dear All, I have a internet connection from Vodafone no.[protected] from March 2012, I paid a deposit of Rs.250.00 and Rs.1500.00 for the USB instrument. The connection for 5GB usage per month and charges Rs.850 plus taxes. I am paying the bill with out any default and in July it was not working and called Vodafone and informed me your credit limit is over and to start you have to pay another 1700.00. I paid the same and started. after 2 days again disconnected/ I called / emailed them to disconnect the service and pay my deposit back. In August i got the bill for Rs. 4773.00 and complained vodafone the same by call/email more than 100 times. These people calling and harrasing me for the payment. How i can pay these companies if I dont use the service. The connection was disconnected after the 5GB usage and not providing the service to me. I requested the detailed bill and informed me you have to pay 49 per month and it will start after one month. I want the bill details for the month of July , they cant provide. Vodafone care call centre, they dont know what we are asking and what they are talking to the customer. just spoon feeded style they are talking to the valued customers.
