[Resolved] Vodafone — Not ending 3G services | |||
Despite repeated attempts at ending 3G (USB stick) services provided by Vodafone, it continues to send me monthly bills. Apart from this, their services were very poor and they even billed me for a period when I hadn't even got the dongle. I have gone to the vodafone stores a number of times and they have done nothing to put an end to the problem and are the most inefficient and rude customer care I have come across. Please tell me how can I put an end it to it all once and for all as I feel completely cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
